2022 Events:

Royal Reveal, January 26, 2022 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Meet the newly crowned 2022 Rex and Queen at the Freighthouse Restaurant, Hiawatha Room. All are invited! Enjoy free beer and hors d’oeuvres. Cost is $10 per person only, no advance tickets.

30th Mardi Gras Costume Ball, February 19, 2022, at the Radisson Ballroom from 4:30 pm – midnight. Join the newly crowned Rex and Queen for a night of frivolity, dinner, dancing, and live/silent auctions. PLUS, Mardi Gras Prize Drawing to include airline tickets, meat package, gift certificates, and more. Cavort and support Aquinas Catholic Schools.

Fat Tuesday Celebration, March 1, 2022, at Legends in downtown La Crosse from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Before Lent begins, enjoy a sumptuous Cajun buffet. Rub shoulders with Royalty on the dance floor, music courtesy of Kelly Wilde. Bid on festive silent auction items and Cavort with the 2022 Royalty!

Mardi Gras Community Tour, Friday, February 25, 2022—Cavort with our reigning Rex and Queen on their tour of the realm visiting local Catholic elementary schools Cathedral, Crucifixion, Saint Patrick’s Blessed Sacrament, and the Franciscan Sisters at Saint Rose Convent.

Community Tour Schedule:

8:00am at Cathedral
9:00am at Crucifixion in La Crescent.
10:00am at St. Pat’s
11:00am at Blessed Sacrament
Lunch at the Bluffside
1:30pm at St. Rose

Mardi Gras Mass, St. Patrick’s Parish 10:30 am, Sunday, February 27, 2022—Come and share in faith and fellowship the Royal family at their home parish. Honor our Rex and Queen and wear your Mardi Gras shirts, sashes and colors in support of Catholic education in our community.

Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, Noon kick-off, Saturday, March 12, 2022—Everyone is ‘Irish’ at this parade. Cavort at Irishfest with the Sutton’s and their St. Pat’s krewe in their first official parade. Line up at 2nd and State.
